About Resize PDF pages

Resize PDF pages gives every page of a PDF the same paper size, so it prints without cropped edges or tiny content and fits forms and portals that ask for A4 or US Letter. A document made in America can be turned into A4 for Europe and the rest of the world, and the other way round; scans of odd sizes, receipts and phone screenshots can be set onto standard pages. Each page’s content is scaled to fit inside the new size and centred, keeping its proportions, and landscape pages stay landscape. Text and vector drawings remain sharp because nothing is turned into an image.

Why your files stay private

Resizing is often the last step before submitting a document to an official portal. It happens in your browser, and the PDF is saved to your device without being uploaded anywhere.

Resize PDF pages: common questions

Is the content stretched?
No. Each page is scaled by the same amount across and down, so nothing is distorted. When its shape differs from the paper, white space appears at the sides or at the top and bottom.
What happens to landscape pages?
They are placed on the same paper turned sideways, so a wide table fills the page instead of shrinking onto a portrait one. Whether a page counts as landscape depends on how it is shown, including any rotation saved in the file.
Can I make pages larger?
Yes. Choosing A3 for an A4 document scales the content up to fill the bigger page. Text and vector graphics stay sharp; scanned images are enlarged as they are.
Do links still work after resizing?
Yes. Links, comments and form fields are moved and scaled with the page content, so they stay over the right words.
How is this different from Crop PDF?
Crop PDF cuts away part of a page and keeps the rest at its size. Resizing keeps the whole page and changes the paper it sits on. To change both, crop first and then resize, so the part you keep fills the new page.
