About PowerPoint to PDF

PowerPoint to PDF saves a presentation as a PDF with one slide per page, at the slide's own size. A PDF opens on any device without the presentation software, keeps your fonts and layout fixed, and is the safest way to send a deck to people who only need to read or print it.

Why your files stay private

Presentations often contain plans and figures that aren't public yet. On Nopload's free site the conversion runs in your browser, with LibreOffice compiled to WebAssembly or the browser's print engine, so the deck is never sent to a server.

PowerPoint to PDF: common questions

Are animations and transitions kept?
No. A PDF page is static, so each slide is saved as it looks once fully built. Animations, transitions, audio and video are left out.
Are speaker notes included?
No. The PDF contains the slides only, which is usually what you want to send. Keep the original file for presenting with notes.
Which fidelity gives the best result?
High fidelity uses LibreOffice and matches the slides most closely, including older PPT files. It downloads 79 MB once. Standard is lighter and works on phones for PPTX files.
Can I turn the PDF back into slides?
Yes, PDF to PowerPoint makes a PPTX from any PDF, with the text in editable boxes on top of each page.
Can I convert a Keynote or Google Slides presentation?
Export it as PPTX first, which both apps can do, then convert the PPTX file here.
