About Organise PDF
Organise PDF is a page sorter for one or several documents. Every page appears as a thumbnail you can drag to a new position, turn the right way up, duplicate or delete, and you can insert blank pages for notes or double-sided printing. When several files are loaded, their pages can be mixed freely and saved as one new PDF.
Why your files stay private
Thumbnails, drag and drop and the final document are all handled by your browser. Even when you combine pages from several confidential files, none of them is uploaded, and nothing about them is stored by Nopload: closing the tab clears them from memory.
Organise PDF: common questions
- Does rotating a page here re-render it?
- No. Rotation changes the page's orientation setting only, so text and images keep their full quality and the text stays selectable.
- How big is an inserted blank page?
- It takes the size of the page it follows, so a blank page after an A4 page is A4 and one after a Letter page is Letter.
- Can I combine pages from different PDFs?
- Yes. Add several files and their pages appear together. Drag them into any order, mixing documents, and save everything as one PDF.
- Is there a simpler tool for just one job?
- Yes: Merge PDF joins whole files, Remove pages deletes pages, Rotate PDF turns pages, and Extract pages saves a selection. Organise PDF does all of these in one view.
- What happens to bookmarks and links?
- Links that point to pages you keep still work after reordering. Links to deleted pages are removed so they don't lead nowhere.
